Swimming with Dolphins in Cancun

This picture while not the most flattering, sums up my feelings on DOLPHINS.

It is also extremely apparent that my husband is the cutest!!

I wanted to post while I was out in Cancun. We got to our hotel, and the internet refused to work the first three days we were there. At first I was bummed, but I have realized that everyone should unplug every once and a while. I always say I would love to go back to my Razr flip phone. We all have become so attached to social media it has consumed our lives. We are rarely ever in the moment anymore. We are recording the moment, and wondering how many likes it will get!

When Steven and I left for Cancun we only had one tour planned: Mayan Ruins. We didn't want to have too much planned that way we could relax if we wanted, or find something to do. We decided on the second to last day to take a ferry across from Cancun to the Isla Mujeres. It was so fun, we rented golf carts and could drive them around the entire island! We saw a dolphin discovery place and said to ourselves "Why the heck would we not want to swim with dolphins?!!" #noregrets

I am terrified of water. I have to plug my nose when I swim. To say the least I was a little afraid of this dolphin situation. To make a long story short, it was the most amazing thing I have ever done!!! If any of you get the chance to swim with dolphins DO IT! They are the most beautiful animals and Steven and I loved every second of it!

Back To School + Stella & Dot

Happy Hump Day!
I posted a few weeks ago about how I wanted to talk about more genuine topics. There are a few reasons why I have been wanting to. The main reason is because of the Podcasts that I listen to during my cardio and on the way home from work. They really make me think, and sometimes I start freaking out and have to turn them off! I will talk on Friday about which podcasts I have really been enjoying. They make my workouts go by SO much faster.
This last weekend was graduation at Brigham Young University. The Y on the mountain was lit up, and of course it made me sad. I never thought I would be that girl that didn't graduate from college. Now don't get me wrong, if college isn't your thing that's totally fine. I just always grew up knowing I would graduate! After a pretty long break I have decided to go back to school. Yesterday cute Steven helped me sign up for three night classes. I know if I don't do this now, I never will.
BYU get ready for your liberal student back.

*As you know I suck at writing and college is full of that! PANIC*

Blonde with some Edge

Hey guys!!! 

Im a real blondie now!! AH! You are probably thinking Keph you look the same. But I promise there is a ton more blonde. I have to say I love it! What I don't love is how TERRIBLE my hair feels. It is a little sad, but sacrifices must be made!!

These shoes are AMAZING. The heel is just the right height. I dont look like a 6'4 monster in these. I just look like a regular monster. hehe. However, there are not many sizes left. :'( So I have put some more options down below. 

I finally ordered from Windsor. Have you guys heard of it? I love all the stuff I got! It did take a while for it to finally get here. Its a small online boutique. (Unless you live in Cali, of course there is a store. Dang you California people. Dang you.) Anyway, my top is from there. I love simple tops that you can dress up or down. This is technically a "tunic" so you could wear it as a dress. But its a wee bit short for my long legs.

Go Back To Bed

Yes that is a giant stuffed giraffe. HAHA Steven got it for me for Valentines day. I must say he is a bit more attached to Gerald than I am. lol. We can't have animals, and we don't want baby humans just yet so Gerald keeps us company. Maybe I should start taking him with us on blog shoots and sneak him in a few hahaha. Maybe I'm the only one who thinks that would be remotely funny.

I have gone blonder. Not in these photos. I just took a shower and I'm scared at the idea of even attempting to brush through my hair. PANIC.

The Tightest Jeans On The Planet

Sorry for the late night post friends! I like to keep you on your toes. When you think I'm going to zig, I zag! When you think I'm going to zag, I do zag! Just to throw you off again! {Can anyone name that show? It's my all time favorite**} Guys as you can all see I am obsessed with these Johnny Was blouses. I know. I know! I do have a link to this shirt. I promise I didn't get it for $90. But If I knew how comfortable this was I would buy it for $90!!! 

Lets talk about these jeans for a moment. I got them from Boohoo where I got my boyfriend jeans from. and they are the same size as my boyfriend jeans. Well lets just say I had to jump up and down just to get these bad boys on. They suck you in in ALL the right places. I should have filmed me getting into these. Okay that is probably taking it too far. But seriously, you know how it takes all of you to put a pair of spanx on? Oh am I the only one who needs spanx? JUDGE. That is what it was like to put these on. haha Steven thought I was nuts, but enjoyed the end result: a nice big booty!!! 

Also for those of you in the Utah area, I STRONGLY suggest you make your way to Sodalicious. It is 100 times better than swig. Drink suggestions: Skinny Second Wife Extra Dirty! I KNOW. JUST THE NAMES ARE AMAZING. Skinny=DIET Extra Dirty= Half and Half Second wife is Mt Dew. OH YES. I also get a Skinny Blue Bombshell. LIFECHANGING.

The T-Shirt Dress

Is it Tee Shirt? or T-Shirt? I DONT KNOW. I give up. 

WARNING: The dress pictured above has slits up to your butt on it. Like why!? No one wants to see my butt. I promise. It is seriously so inexpensive though that I didn't care. haha I have been wanting to work on my sewing skills, and I thought this would be the perfect dress for that! Ask me if I sewed it yet. No I haven't. Don't judge me! If you want to be a real life creeper you can see the above picture. I tried placing the purse just perfectly enough to cover the slit. You can see my skin! GASP. I know. The picture on Forever 21's website makes the dress seem a touch longer. Or maybe I am just too tall. Whatever. 

I absolutely love the purse I got from the Nordstrom Sale! However now the price has gone back up, and I am going to be honest. I dont think its worth $54. :'( I know I have failed you again!? I bet it will go on sale again soon. I love the faux python look to it, and the gold zipper detail. It really is such a fun big bag to have. So be patient and use your mind powers to force the purse to go on sale again.
