Bold and Brave Wednesday: Beach Pants and Getting Pulled Over

Hey Everyone!

So I got a ticket yesterday. I have no words. Okay that is a lie. I have several words. 

I realize that this may seem a bit extreme, but I live/drive in my car at least 4 hours out of my day. I commute for an hour each way to work, and run errands for about 2 more hours. Consequently this means I am probably 75% more likely to get pulled over than anyone else. (Math is not my forte, but 75% sounded like a good number) I do think another reason for this ticket situation is that it is in my genes. The police hate Bernhisel's (my maiden name). Yes, we may have led feet, but God gave us those it isn't our fault is it?! My dad somehow gets tickets, My brother Matt always got tickets, and I get tickets. Well then there is my other brother Jason who can charm the heck out of anyone and he can talk his way out of tickets! WHERE IS MY CHARM!? Yesterday I was just so mad I was stone cold at the officer.  I felt bad afterwords. I didn't even tell him to have a good day. It was 8:30am and I wished upon him a terrible day. Pull over the people who are robbing banks, not me! Can someone please invent a car that only goes the speed limit? I will be the first to buy it. 

For those of you who never get tickets, I applaud you and your efforts.

 For those of you who drive in your car 4 hours a day and never get tickets, I give you a standing ovation. *insert hand clapping emoji*

So how you may ask does this pertain to Bold and Brave Wednesday? Well here is how my friends. I could have chosen to have that small incident ruin my whole day. I could have been upset and thought the world was out to get me. But today I tried my hardest to not let it ruin my day. I moved past it as quick as I could. Let me tell you the rest of my day was wonderful!

On a side note: I am literally obsessed with these pants. I want them in every color. This is not a joke. I promise you wont regret this purchase.
