Fitness Friday: Food Pains

It's Friday!!
I feel like this week has flown by! Where is the time going?
I am going to be honest and tell you that I have been in a fitness slump the last week. It is strange too because I really believe it is all because of FOOD. I started hating the idea of eating healthy. It wasn't making me happy in the slightest. I know I need to think of long term goals, but I just couldn't for some reason. I know I need to eat good, healthy things but all I could think about was everything NOT healthy. Do you guys ever get in these slumps?
I read this article today and it really made me happy. When you are trying to make big changes you forget the big picture and start obsessing over food. Steven and I will sometimes go nuts and go to Chili's and get a hot cookie with ice cream and the next moment we are beating ourselves up.  We go to the gym extra long, or run a little more. Well where is the fun in that?! The point to all of this is that I am learning that it is OKAY to indulge sometimes! 
That is what makes my life worth living. A HOT GOOEY COOKIE.
