Fitness Friday: Comfort

Hey everyone! I can not believe it's FIRDAY!
Sorry for the late night/rainy photos. Seriously though, workouts happen at night. Just trying to keep it real up in here.
So last week I sort of mentioned that I was stuck in a fitness/eating rut. I was so sick of working out, and I was obsessing over every single thing I put in my mouth. Well this week has changed! I realized I had stuck to the same workout since October. Not the exact same, but basically. Lifting heavy weights, and feeling so sore a few hours after it hurt to take my flipping sports bra off. Now sometimes that hurt is like the most satisfying hurt on the planet. But for me it was really starting to mess with my body. Everything was hurting too often. I felt like an old woman getting out of the car it took me so long! So this week I started something new. I decided I was going to try out classes at my gym, and try my hardest not to obsess over food. You know what?? This week has been PERFECT!! I even had a few oreos. 
Oh sweet heaven on earth. Oreos. 
Trying new classes at your gym is amazing..and terrifying. Especially when you are going alone. Why the flip is that!? Am I the only one that feels this great pressure? The worst is when you go to this new class and everyone in the class are acting like besties and you stand there like okay can I crawl out of here without people noticing? Maybe that's just me. Well anyway, I did it. I went to reformer pilates all by myself and it was awesome! It kicked my trash. I was super nervous at first. Ya everyone knew each other. But who cares? I don't go to the gym for them, I go for ME. I got an amazing workout in, and felt so great afterward. So I challenge all of you to try something new. 
It will be worth it.
